Who we are

One team for every move you make in Dubai

Shabnur Real Estate LLC was established in 2025 and works from Office 1606 in The Binary Tower, Business Bay. We work with investors, families, first-time buyers and overseas buyers, and every client gets an advisor who stays with them through the whole process.

  • Founded 2025. A young brokerage with an experienced team behind it.
  • Every kind of client. First homes, family upgrades, investment portfolios and buyers abroad.
  • One advisor, start to finish. From the first shortlist to keys in hand.
